how to type chinese in an english based computer?

my computer in work has no east asian language choice in region and language choice. is it possible for me to install it somewhere so i can type 倉頡？

選〔Install files for East Asian Languages〕進行安裝

在英文版安裝中文輸入法

→ 〔Detail〕→〔Install Service〕→〔Add〕→在〔Input Languange〕選〔Chinese (Taiwan)〕
在〔Keyboard Layout/IME〕選擇中文輸入法 (例如速成或倉頡)
