clear is an adjective and verb,
The sentence is very clear(adjective). 這句子很是清楚。
Your voice is loud and clear(adjective). 你的聲音(意見)很是清晰和明朗。
Please clear (verb) all the obstacles. 請清除所有的障礙物。

clarify is a verb,
I would like to clarify that I didn't steal anything from your shop.
我要澄清一下，我沒有偷走你商店內的任何東西。

clear is an adjective, e.g. The sentence is very clear.
clarify is a verb, e.g. I would like to clarify that I didn't steal anything from your shop.
