我通常都會求職信+resume一齊send, 我interview時,見啲人通常都會攞晒呢兩樣嘢出嚟in我.所以我一直都覺得求職信係一定要既,除非你見既係agent啦.嗰啲job agent就通常only睇resume.
其實CV = RESUME 無話full CV 就包求職信resume唔包之分.
send唔send求職信,取決於嗰間係公司定job agent.如果唔識分,就send埋好啲,因為job agent唔會因為你多咗封求職信而唔幫你揾工,相反一間公司就會因為你少咗封求職信而覺得你唔認真,分分數少咗個機會.
