I use www.onesuite.com. US$0.02 per minute.
here's how it works:

You sign up, set up an acct for $10 (minimum. That's like 500 minutes. You can add more later). You can do so with a credit card issued in U.S. or Canada, if not, use paypal.

They have a list of access numbers. You can choose a local number based on the city you are going to, or the 800 number where you can dial from anywhere. If you will be using your cell phone, you can program it in.

When you dial One Suite. they will ask for your pin. You can register the phones you call from a lot (your cell/office/home phone in U.S.) with One Suite's ZipDial. Then they automatically recognize the number you call from through the caller ID and won't ask you for a PIN. Instead, the prompt wil say "please enter the number you wish to call."

You can then press the numbers on your phone. Again, you can enter the numbers you call the most as speed dial on One Suite. (In your acct management, click Rapidial, YOu add the name, number and code) if you enter 011-852-1234-5678 with code 88, then on hearing "please enter the number you wish to call" you enter *88, and it will automatically dial 011-852-1234-5678

So, if you have everything set up, it takes very few buttons to make the call. Much better than a traditional calling card where you have to enter a lot of digits.

I have used it for five years and am happy.I check the bills online and haven't found them billing me calls I did not make. (at first i was worried that the price being so cheap they will do something like this.) If you need help and call someone answers to help.
