材料:
意 粉 250g
忌 廉 雞 湯 或 磨 菇 湯 1罐
磨 菇 1盒
洋 蔥 (切 絲 ) 1個
火 腿 (切 絲 ) 數 片

調味料:
鹽 、 胡 椒 粉 適 量

製法:
1.先 燒 滾 水 , 煮 意 粉 。
2.同時 把 淨 蔥 絲 、 火 腿 絲 及 磨 菇 切 好 及炒 香 , 加 入 忌 廉 湯 , 調 味 及 加 少 許 水 份 (或 雞 湯 )煮 成 汁 。
3.撈 起 煮 好 的 意 粉 , 淋 上 白 汁 即 成 。

Ingredients:
Spaghetti 250g
Cream of Chicken/Cream of Mushroom 1 can
Mushroom 1box
Onion(shred) 1
ham(shred) a few pieces

Flavouring:
salt plenty
pepper plenty

procedures:
1. put the Spaghetti in boiling water (usually with some salt and boil for 6 mins)
2. fry Mushroom (shred),Onion(shred) and ham(shred).
add Cream of Chicken, flavourings and some water or chicken soup until it becomes thick(sauce-like)
3. Drain away the water , put the Spaghetti on a clean plate
pour the sauce on the Spaghetti
