樓主和樓上的答案只需改小小：
"They told me that I did not have a reservation"
"They said (that) I did not have a reservation" .
兩句意思只有極小分別。
told 是向問者的正式回答。said 卻不算是正式回答。但效果相同。
樓主的答案(1) is OK but (2) is wrong in grammer. Also mind the typing mistakes.

"They told I have not a reservation" should be read as "They said I did not have a reservation".
