motherboard detail:

I have 2 x 512mb Kingston DDR ram running in dual channel. The speed is ~202 mhz according to cup-z software.

I would like add ram, may be 1gb, which kind of DDR ram should i buy?

add back for kingston DDR1 ram will be ok
if you add same brands + speed + model + chips = problem going out is lowest
but u need take notice use for dual channel feature, because your only have 3 for ram slots, if you add more one ram dual channel will automatic disabled
the kingston DDR1 ram for 1g capacity
