我自己未做tb之前都係好辛苦...
我放唔低自己係女仔既身份...
又要怕俾人知道咁...
好似好唔見得光...
即使你有幾鍾意果個女仔...
但仲要扮係佢既知己...唉

起碼我而家肯承認...會對得住自己囉~!

i think it depends on one person how do they face problems.
If you keep thinking it's a bad thing, it won't make your life happier.

if you could find something in your life worth to living with (such as find a hobby, study or job) and enjoying it; it will make you feel brighter even if you are a tb or not.

dont think it's a bad thing that you couldnt get rid off
you should help yourself to accept it and think about what kind of thing could help your self confindence
