consumer 同 customer 有咩分別?

簡單唻講，

Consumer is the one who uses your product, while
Customer is the one who buys your product.

因此，Customer 買你的產品，但未必會用，所以未必係 consumer，例如：父母買玩具給子女，父母係customer，但真正用家consumer 係子女。

同樣地，Consumer 用你的產品，但未必係佢買返唻，所以未必係 customer.
