布賴頓（Brighton）位於英格蘭東南薩塞克斯郡，是英國最大最著名的海濱旅遊勝地之一，有134,293人口。布賴頓和霍夫組成的聯合城市，有25萬人口。布賴頓活躍的氣氛迥異於鄰居霍夫寧靜高雅的性格。1997年2市合併組成布賴頓和霍夫自治市鎮。2000年，作為千禧年慶祝的一部分，在競爭後得到了其他大市鎮垂涎的女王批准的皇家特許狀，成為自治市。
