How to Bypass ADMIN to install Window Messenger 8.1

I cannot download any software at office. The current Window messenger is version 5.1, I want to have the latest version 8.1. Need ADMIN login and password to do so, Anyone know how to bypass this? Someone said it can be done by using DOS, please teach me how step by step. Many Thanks.
