Caroline Mak, Group Specialty Retail Director
Ms. Mak was appointed as a member of the Board of Dairy Farm Management Services in January 2007 and became Group Specialty Retail Director on 2nd February 2007 overseeing health and beauty stores in Hong Kong, Macau, Southern China and South Korea and also home furnishings stores in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Prior to her current role, Ms. Mak joined Dairy Farm as CEO for Mannings in January 2000 after six years as Managing Director for IKEA Hong Kong and Taiwan.
