You can first formulae a linear equation with two unknowns for each question and then plot the corresponding striaght line to find the positive integer solutions.For question 1, let x, y be the number of apples and oranges she bought respectively. Then you have the equation 2x+3y=15. Next, plot the graph of the equation and then the points with both positive integer coordinates will be the solutions.
You can do it similarly for question 2.
