I an writing to complain happy 旅行社 about 他們的服務.
在五月一日,早上7:00,我和團友一起在碼頭門口等待承坐你間公司的旅遊巴到澳門觀光,
但是你間公司的旅遊巴原定7:00上車,但是我地足足等了半個小時旅遊巴才到達,
導遊連一句對吾住都無,只是怪因睹車才遲到.上車後,景然車上是沒冷氣,十分炎熱,
加上車上的洗手間又沒水沖次,車上嗅味充天,又沒得洗手,非常不方便.再加上旅遊巴非常
舊,所以坐起上來很吾穩定,最重嚴的就是drive旅遊巴的司機,drive車時講電話,又"聰"紅綠燈.

I would like to begin by complaining about the service of your company. On the 1st of May, at 7:00am, I, together with the other tourists waited at the Pier for your company's couch to Macau for sightseeing. Although your couch should arrive at 7:00, we had to wait for half an hour before we can go on the couch.
