I am writing to complain about the service of Happy Travel Agency.
I would like to begin by complaining about the service of your company. On the 1st of May, at 7:00am, I, together with the other tourists waited at the Pier for your company's couch to Macau for sightseeing. Although your couch should arrive at 7:00, we had to wait for half an hour before we can go on the couch. What is more is that the tourist guide did not apologize for his mistake, and he only blamed for traffic jam.
After getting on the couch, the couch did not have any air-conditioning, which was really hot. In addition, there was no water for flushing in the toilet, which caused the couch to be very smelly. Besides, it is very inconvenient that we could not wash our hand.
