no,because the standard reduction potential of a reaction only indicate that the reaction is energetically feasible or not,it doesnt indicate the reaction rate!thats mean energetically feasible doesnt mean reaction undergo quickly or feasible,as activation energy may be very large..like diamond to graphite.
