關於加航的問題？

服務 is rated really really bad!! I always have problems with their service. They always make me uncomfortable on a long flight. I'm sure no one wants to have bad service when you are going somewhere pretty far away, RIGHT?
The food is really bad. Everyone agrees with that. So be ready for cup noodles.
設施 is so so. The planes are old. you can tell by the old seats. However, the seats are wider than other airlines. A lot of people (especially white people) like their seats because bigger seats are more comfortable to sit for long distance flight.
飛機安全 they are pretty safe. I don't think they have had any accidents between the hong kong and vancouver line. You don't have to worry about that.

compare with Cathy pacific, Canadian airline is not so good. Cathy pacific is WAY better than Canadian Airline. Better service, better meals and always safe.

Anyways, have fun in vancouver.

Don't expect too much from their services. I always take Air Canada just because I do not live in Vancouver, and I always want to go to Vancouver before going to Hong Kong. This makes Air Canada as the only option. I find the services on the international flights are in fact much better than the domestic ones already. For facilities-while, virtually, there is none. They don't provide tooth brush or anything. Air Canada uses "Fruit and Passion" hand soap. I guess it is considered as one pros. For safety, I never heard any accident with Air Canada, so I consider that as very good then. If you are going to Toronto, Air Canada started using a new flight last year. Unfortunately, this is not applicable to the flight to Vancouver. If you are looking for a deal, maybe you should go to Oasis. They are going to have flights between Hong Kong and Vancouver starting in mid-June. I checked the price and they are fantastic. While you are not going to have any services anyway, may as well to pick a cheaper one.

唔好咁大期望，服務真係唔好，長途機連牙刷呢D衛生用品都無，國泰呢D就做得好好。
設施無乜，如果是用A340-300大家仲係睇埋同一部电電視咁溫馨，死未？！
