This kind of misunderstanding becomes more serious and will bring a vicious circle.
To settle departmental conflicts, the company can draw up rules and regulation between departments to avoid unbalance authority. Internal meetings should also be held to increase communications between departmental supervisors. These can help in settling conflicts and misunderstandings between departments in the company.
