材料: 雞腿肉1片300克
醃料: 蠔油1大匙 砂糖1大匙 薑汁1小匙
麻油1小匙 太白粉1/2小匙 鹽1/4小匙
做法:
1.雞肉全部用叉子叉洞,使其容易入味。在大碗中調和醃料放入雞肉,充分揉捏,使雞肉全都沾上醃料。
2.耐熱盤中先鋪好烤盤紙,雞肉帶皮的部份朝下擺在耐熱盤中,鬆鬆的包上一層保鮮膜,放入微波爐中加熱4分鐘。然後取出,將肉上下翻轉,塗上大碗中剩餘的醃料,再放進去加熱4分鐘。烤好後斜切成1cm厚即可。

Thanks for your question, i'll give it a go, and hope that it helps:

Ingredients:A chicken fillet 300g
Marinade: soya sauce 1 big tsp, sugar 1big tsp, galangal sauce 1small tsp, sesame oil 1 small tsp, cassava flour 1/2 small tsp, salt 1/4 small tsp
Cooking guidelines:
1)Pierce the chicken fillet with fork, thus it flavours with marinade. Marinade blended with chicken fillet into a microvavable bowl, then knead thoroughly to make it deliciously tempting.
2)Lay the foil over a heat-resistant dish, put the chicken fillet onto the dish with chichen-skins face down, wrap the whole loosely with plastic film, heat on high for 4 minutes. And then take it out from microwave, turn it upside-down, sprinkle the chicken fillet with the rest of marinade, reheat on high for 4 minutes. Obliquely slice the chicken fillet off 1cm in width before serving.
