The relative humidity (RH) can be approximated by the equation in this website http://www.srh.noaa.gov/jan/rh.html. Essentially, the equation has two variables:1. The ambient air temperature in degree Celsius
2. The dew point temperature in degree Celsius
Hence, these 2 are the factors affecting RH.
