地產代理佣金問題

假如我透過兩間地產代理行睇同一間屋, 最後由A代理促成交易, 請問我是否需要給B代理佣金? 但當初和B代理也簽過睇樓紙, 說明睇這一單位三個月內有效?

同一個單位在和不同的地產代理簽過睇樓紙(三個月內有效), 其地產代理有權收取佣金

那金額應該是?
買賣係收樓價的1%佣金, 而租就其租的半個月佣金-(多數都係一次過比的)

簽睇樓紙係證明及確保對方的利益而簽定的....

if you are the buyer and hv signed the 睇樓紙 and within 3 months. YES.
payable to A as well !

why you inspected the same unit twice but with 2 different agencies ?
they would sue you for the outstanding payment and as you are the incoming landlord, they could reach you easily.
