샤워중點解？

샤워 = shower [rain] / [bath]
중 = in the middle of [an action]

probably 샤워중 = having/taking a shower [bath]

if it means "在雨中/ in the middle of the rain" probably other words will be used e.g. 빗속에. Usually Korean do not use the word "샤워 / shower" to mean sudden rain.
Also 샤워 is used in words like 샤워캡 shoer cap, 샤워젤 shower gel etc.
