here is a method
-Dim the ligths and light a candle
-following the japanese tradition, give yourself a quick rinse in the shower to remove the day's grime before you bath
-draw the bath. keep the temperature somewhere around 100degrees. add the oatmeal and baking soda,(用香油都ok,, it's up to you) two skin-soothing ingredients, and the neroli oil
-slip into the tub. spend some time just soaking. feel tese muscle start to relax. enjoy the utter silence.
-imagine the gently flowing through your body, cleansing it of stress and anxiety. feel the water running down your neck, shoulders and arms...
-let any tension and negative emotions dissolve into water.
