The problem not be the machine itself, but the in-fill of water. The washing machine will only start when it's filled with enough water. Listen to the water sound or look through the glass door. If the water in-fill is really really slow, the water pipe might get stuck with sands or little rocks and you want to fix the water pipe, but not the washing machine.
