Annual General meeting 及公司秘書的問題

請指教:
公司有董事re-elected,同一年又有新委任, 可唔可以係咁:
"That Mr/Ms_______who retired under Article [ ], be re-elected Director.
That Mr/Ms _______who be appointed under Article [ ] as additional Director."

新委任係咪 additional director ??

介紹d書黎洗:
其實有無d係公司秘書可以參考的書可以睇, 教人d公司秘書知識及遇到不同困難時有教點?
本人是兼任的, 當然又未做過個隻羅

If there are more than one directors who retired, so as being appointed, then should I just write as: "That Mr/Ms_____ and Mr/Ms ________who retired... and that Mr/Ms _____ and Mr/Ms______be appointed....." thank you first

That Mr./Ms. ______retired by rotation under the Article [] be hereby re-elected and Mr. _______ be appointed as a director from the conclusion of this AGM.

Not additional director, but simply ' be appointed as a director of the company with effect from ......'

There are a number of books in Company Secretarial Practices available in Book centre, Commercial Press.. You and look at it and choose from these.
