Frequent Flyer =/= Marco Polo Club?

My boss got a frequent flyer number, but while i read in CX website there is a marco polo club. Is that two different clubs? Is that accumulating points/miles?

I would like to call and ask, but I don't know which number should I call, does anyone know?

One more thing, I saw the alliance in their website with many airlines. Is that mean I fly with the another airline, also can accumulate miles/points in the club?

frequent flyer doesn't mean u r in marco polo club. anyone can apply as a frequent flyer... after u accumulated certain pts...... they wil invite u into the club. when u r a club member, they stil divide u into some catergories. like green, silver, gold......bla bla bla. u can enjoy more as u climb up @ level. u hv to be really 'frequent' to fly so to get the upgrade in ur membership.

yes all the airlines in the Alliance can redeem for mileage. ur boss should show his mileage cards to endorse the pts. cos the airlines may not notice he is a frequent flyer rite? also, u may provide his frequent flyer # during booking. that's make thing easier.

of cos, ur boss should stil chk his mileage statement to ensure that he get his flying pts. they always missed! if they really do, he or u should mail them back the original boarding pass to re-endorse the pts.

1 last thing, some discount airtix do not enjoy mileage pts. or just 50% of the pts can be given.
