Our question sheet investigation this time, mainly to call on some student's comments on the facilities inside the school. So we go deep into the contents of the question sheet to analyse it, hope can work out some simplified questions, so that people understand what does the questions about.
After the questions sheet set up, we start go to everywhere to do the investigation on our own. I choose to go to the library to visit some students, although they all seemed didn't want to answer at the beginning, and they still help me to finish the question sheet at last; and about the investigation on phone, I investigate some friends, they also finished the question sheets and tape recording, that really make me feel happy, thanks for everyone who helped me to finish the question sheets!
We had to analyse the information that we got after the investigation, also need to write report. Even though the process is difficult, we still finished all the things before the deadline date. In case of the divide between the manpower during the report are very clear, as a senior, I felt really happy for every single member can help each other.
When I knew that I had to set the question sheet, write report and tape recording at the beginning, I really felt very impatient. Because my english ability is not that high, sometimes I would get very anxious. But when I finished this report, I have a feel of satisfied, my ability of english has increase as well, I also learnt .some skill of written report. Thanks teacher who gave us this homework.

This survey is mainly seek for opinion of students regarding facilities of school, therefore, we would take examination on the questionnaires, to create some questions that are simple and direct, so our target may understand clearly.

The questionnaires have completed, we scattered ourselve and proceed the survey, we had few students have been asked in library, they seems to unwilling to respones, but they all did help us to complete the survey.

We have also have survey via telephone, they all have help us to complete the survey, even have done some voice recording, and I am very glad because of it. I give great thanks to everyone who have involved this survey.

After we have done the questionnaries, we proceeded the data annalysis and report, the proccess was difficult, but we managed to complete before the due date, as a team leader, i grateful the cooperation of each team members and well organise to every tasks in human resource management.

When i found out about this survey, report we need to do, I feel troubled, for I knew my english language skills is limited, often drives me grum about it, but the sence of success and satisfaction, have given me a opportunity to risen my level of english, and learnt the skill of writing a report.
