入st.john問題

男仔入st.john前，是要驗身ga！
至於去邊到驗身，你參加的那隊的Ambulance officer會話比你知。
一般來說，你會去那隊的軍醫驗身及到某一個地方照x-ray。

關於驗身方面，
軍醫診所的護士or助理會幫你
(1)量身高及體重--------)so, remember not to eat too much！
(2)驗尿--------)so, remember to drink lots of water before going to the clinic！
軍醫會check你的
(1)heart pulse
(2)eyes
(3)ears
(4)lung function
(5)penis[really！]
(5)testis[really！]
(6)......


st.john平時訓練的方式：
每隊不同的，差別可以好大。
usually,have a meeting once a week at night(~2hours)。
some team will provide training about first aids(較深入D)。
members will teach u some useful skills when u are on duty(e.g.車更or活動更or other)

女仔要驗d咩?照x-ray? 全身檢查?
