我已經在網上翻譯過，但翻譯出來都好怪
唔該請幫忙翻譯成中文
sports day was last Thursday .
My team pulled the rope hard in the tug-of-war.
We won !
It was a lot of fun !
I was in the long jump too.
I was last in the competition.
I was tried and unhappy but my friends cheered me up

我們在拔河比賽全力以赴

We won !
還得到勝利

It was a lot of fun !
真高興!

I was in the long jump too.
我也參加了跳遠比賽,

I was last in the competition.
不過只得到最後一名.

I was tried (tired?) and unhappy but my friends cheered me up
我又累又失望, 幸好得到朋友的鼓勵.

運動日是在上星期四。

我的組員在拔河比賽中很辛苦地拉粗繩。
My team pulled the rope hard in the tug-of-war.
我們嬴了!
We won !
它有許多樂趣 !
It was a lot of fun !
我也參加了跳遠。

我在比賽中拿到最後一名。

我很累和不開心，不過我的朋友安慰我

體育天是上星期四。我的隊艱苦拉扯了繩索在拔河。我們贏取了! 這是很多樂趣! 我也是是在跳遠。我是前在競爭中。我是被嘗試和怏怏不樂的但我的朋友使我振作
