如題, 如可以, 份量大約幾多呢?
孕婦吃朱古力有好處和壞處?

每日食4-5粒,不超過這個份量應該可以了
別忘記啊, 朱古力含糖份也很高,孕婦食多了很易患上妊娠糖尿病 架 !!手尾好長架

所以無論係朱古力定係媽媽奶(即孕婦奶粉)同埋其它含糖份高的生果我地都要小心
份量的吸收 !

我已經9個半月了,就快生得,係陀住個bb這幾個月我間中都會食金莎, 因為真係好好味 !
忍得好辛苦, 每次食一粒, 隔幾日先食一次 !! 每次食完個人都會開心些, 感覺冇咁辛苦 !!
咁係因為 係朱古力入面的咖啡因令我的壓力皮質醇減少左啊 !! 這是它的好處,但係壞處
的后果係會好嚴重架(一開始我已經講左了),所以你要忍口了!! 最好都係隔日食啦

我都覺得少吃一點安全點,不要輕視吃落肚的東西,bb的所有營養,即使好/不好都是來自媽媽的,加油......

外國硏究食朱古力可以幫助腦部發育,朱古力可以食,不過你要自己控制食量,大肚婆最好唔好食咁多甜野,因為食得太甜會有機會有妊娠糖尿,如果有仲麻煩,要介口,連鹽都唔食得架,食得太多朱古力,個人會好興奮,越食越想食,當bb都吸收埋d興奮,佢可能會成日不停咁轉黎轉去,出世時可能會有過度活躍症架,因為我表姐個仔同我個女就係因為食得太多朱古力而有過度活躍症,而家可樂,朱古力,全部甜野禁食,小朋友冇得食甜野好慘,大人同bb吸收嘅情度都唔同,大人食一粒可能等於bb食十粒,小心為上。

My wife ate a lot of chocolate when she was pregnent.
She cannot eat food except chocolate.

My baby is everything ok except a bit dark.
Now is 10 months old and less dark now.

If you need to eat, just watch out your glucose level and choose a better brand (ie. Lindt).
Also check the ingredients of the chocolate you are going to eat, I think they may not have 咖啡因.

麥提紗 ok, but don't choose the one that made in China.

其實,懷孕女性無咩0野特別需要'界'口0既,好似我以前有0左咁樣,咪一樣咩都食,朱古力,薯片等junk food...只要唔係食得好過份,抱住小食多滋味0既心態.

但有一點要注意,孕婦係比較容易有妊娠糖尿病,所以食甜食0個陣真係要小心控制份量.

can eat chocolate.. just not too much.. about 50g -70g each time (about 1- 2 chocolate bar). 3-4 times per week.

dark/ milk chocolate have iron and can make people feel happy n relax. Just don't eat too much. white chocolate too high sugar for pregnancy, I'll suggest take half/ 1/3 amount of normal chocolate.
