T-flash/microSD is the smallest SD card, max capacity is 2G now
Mini SD is the middle size, max capacity is 4G now
& SD is the largest, can be classify as SDHC, high speed & normal, SDHC is 4G or up for camera or dv, highspeed is 2G max and highest speed is 25Mbits/sec, normal is the slowest, 2G max, and 6Mbits/sec
usually newest phone use micro SD, e.g. LG, Samsung
Mini SD usually is used in Nokia, while SD is almost not used in phone for its size
all three can used in cardreader, but mini and micro need adapter which change their card size to SD before slot in
all card reader read mulit-format e.g. SD, MMC, XD, MS, MS pro duo, some might read M2 also
