normally I take 2-3 days break for every fitness training.
We(me, my friends n my trainer) set 30mins per barbell section. total 1.5 hours body train we use 2 barbell sections. these are our schedule (start at 10am):
10:00 warm up
10:05 barbell training
10:35 body stretch
10:38/10:40 light boxing/ yoga (my guys friends do treadmail/ recumbent bike)
11:00 barbell training
11:30 finish
After the section we take extra 3-5mins for body stretch. 2 trainings per week.
For some people first few time barbell trainings, you might feel muscle tired. If your muscle too tense. stop for a while, take 1-2 mins break and try again. Don't force yourself use heavy barbell, cos it'll make you lost balance and not good for your muscle. For girl should use 1-2 kg barbell, guys use 3-5kg barbell for start
