其實如果我又冇商業登記又唔報稅，甘又點。。。我都冇舖頭，又冇支人工，甘其實佢點會有可能查到我呀？

At least you should open a company bank account or company name for custmer to trust you. If you open a company bank account, you should get a Business Registration first. Then the IRD will know you are running a business.
