我幾年前已經冇用網上行,但是前一個月網上行佢寄信來話我因欠款已經停0左我既網上行服務,當時我以為佢出錯,所以冇理到。但是佢今個月又寄信來,欠款増加0左(由,$100加到佢$200)話有"關服務收費 $200 為由 06 年 4 月 至 07 年 4 月之額外電郵儲存量收費"而且要停用佢既服務就要一個月之前自行寄信去cut
我既問題是:
1)我咁耐冇用佢既服務,而且又唔知自己未cut,咁我應唔應該交$?
(由頭到尾都冇用過佢既電郵)
2)我近日已經寄0左信去cut,咁d欠款仲使唔使交,若果要的話,交$100定$200

梗係唔交, 打去x下佢, 佢堅持要收咪去消委會或電訊管理管投訴囉, 再唔係一周刊幫到你.

$200 為由 06 年 4 月 至 07 年 4 月之額外電郵儲存量收費, you have used and over 8MB, so you counted you up.
我咁耐冇用佢既服務, =/= you have disconnected the payment that you owe them
我近日已經寄0左信去cut, one month notification, or you have to pre-paid one more month.
(由頭到尾都冇用過佢既電郵), =/= YOU HAVE NO email account, they will email you statement anyway.
so, this is your fault, you have to pay it.
