材料

雞柳 200 克 [7 安士/5.5 兩] [切絲],三色椒 [切片],蒜蓉 1 湯匙


醃料

舊庄特級蠔油 1 湯匙
芝麻油 (混合) 1/2 茶匙,粟粉 1/2 茶匙


芡汁
磨豉醬 2 湯匙,糖 1 1/2 茶匙
水 4 湯匙,粟粉 1/2 茶匙


做法
1. 將雞肉用醃料醃15分鐘。
2. 用2湯匙油爆香蒜蓉,下雞肉炒熟,加入三色椒及芡汁炒約2分鐘
至汁濃。
