商業登記證是什麼~

如果你是說香港特區的商業登記證:

通常啲人都叫做 "商業登記", 或者 "BR"; 簡單說就是, 在香港從事業務的人士, 均須根據 《商業登記條例》規定, 在開業一個月內, 為營運的業務登記.

商業登記證 Business Registration Certificate (BR) is issued by the Inland Revenue Department. Whenever a business is being operated, either in the form of a sole properietor, a partnership or a limited company, the company has to go to apply and get a BR within a month after the commencement of its business.

If you go to open a bank account, the bank will need this for verification purposes.
