'was astonished' and 'is' = 2 verbs?

2. The attended a wonderful christmas party which held by his friends.

'hold' present tese, and 'did' past tense...?

3. scrooge has not even blamed him (who??) but support the family with his salary raised.

scrooge can't increase his own pay, but someone increase his pay!
you should have to show how generous of Scrooge was..."he didn't even blame someone, but support the family without reservation.
