父母有無收入同仔女可唔可以claim供養父母免稅額完全沒有關係!只要你個父親通常在香港住, 佢其中一個子女就可以claim佢的供養父母免稅額, 填報稅表時, 要填清楚你怎樣供養他, 一係一齊住($60,000免稅額), 一係唔同住但個個月有俾至少$1000佢使($30,000免稅額)

我都曾經打電話去稅局問過你嘅問題, 稅局話可以claim, 只要你父母到咗規定嘅年齡, 而你喺評稅年度內又同佢地同住或俾不少於HK$12000佢地, 咁就可以claim喇, 唔洗理佢地有無做嘢同埋有無收入gar.

You are not qualify to have the dependent parent allowance if your parents have income.

You can get the parents allowance of $60,000( if they are living with you) whatever they have in come or not. You should pay then $12,000 per year/each.
