長處,短處

My weakness is the lack of confidence, however, I am not only hardworking but also willing to learn. In order to improve my weakness, I hope I can learn more throught my hardworking nature.

I LACK CONFIDENCE,
BUT I AM WILLING TO WORK HARD
SO
I REALLY HOPE TO WORK HARD AND LEARN MORE SO AS TO BUILD CONFIDENCE

My weakness is that I sometimes lack self-confidence....
Diligence and willingness to learn are my strengths.....
Therefore, I hope I can enhance my confidence and strengthen my weakness by my initiative and diligence in learning.

my defect is lack of confidence....
but i am a hard working person, and i like to learn new things.
however
i hope i can learn lots of things through my effort to build more confidence, and amend my defect accordingly

My disaventage is sometimes will scanty a little bit confidence....
