I am currently working as a clerk in the Human Resources Department of a medium sized jewelry company with around 60 staff. My main duties include payroll, staff leave calculation and new hires processing. I’m also responsible for the company’s stationary and the ordering of drinking water. I play a main part in organizing the activities for the company’s Christmas party and the Lunar New Year banquet each year. I also take on the task of informing the staff of corporate notice through email. I help out with the site setting of my company’s jewelry exhibition five times annually. I also help out with many routine clerical works and even take on the receptionist’s duty while she is on leave. I’m used to dealing with heavy workload and overtime.
