CPA-qualified practising accountants

I am member of CPA Australia, if i pass all subjects and have 3 years working experience. I can be a qualified practising accountants.So can i open accountant firm immediately or need to pass any other qualification.

You can not open an accountant firm ( Practising Firm ) unless you meet the requirements of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Accountants, the only legal recognised professional body issuing Practising Certificate.
