exercise and eat healthy, make sure you dont skip any meals
I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

if you want to loose weight within 1 month.you should not eat too much meat but eat more greens.don't drink soft drinks only drink water,don't eat any junk food and do excercises.keep a data on how many pounds you loose each day.
Analyze your daily intake of calories and your daily activity. Decrease your calories by half and increase your activity by 1 full amount. Never allow yourself to eat after 7pm. I have done this for the past 4 months and steadily lose almost 1lb per day. Good Luck and stay with it.
You could try the Atkins or South Beach. I was 205. I used both and lost weight after my baby was born. I lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks!! I alternated them every other week. Now I am back down to my size 135 and I just watch my carbs. : )

go on a fruit and vegie diet. every day, every meal.no dressing.
get at least 1 hour of good exercise every weekday.( try and keep your pulse above 45 for as long as you can.)
eat some plain tuna once a day for the protien.
Weightwatchers. A lot of people I know is on the point system. It basically helps you eat less food, just enough that you need, so you don't overeat.
You're supposed to loose 2 pounds a week.
Try to lose a little bit at a time, but eight pounds? Just chill. Maybe you don't need it that badly. Don't try any bad meds, though. If you're rail thin, try to gain weight.
Otherwise, try lowfat foods, salt free, and avoid pastas and starches. Oh, and exercise.
deff. run!! it helped me and even though the scale stayed the same, its because your gaining leg muscle and then your body starts to lose fat poundages =P . but, theres always those stupid SlimFast stuff. good luck!!

That is the ONLY way you are going to lose wieght and keep it off..
Change your diet - Cut out most junk food. Eat lots of fruit and veg.. Cut down on carbs but don't cut them out completely.
Drink Green tea to speed up you metabolism.
But of course none of this will make much difference unless you excersize regularly.
Play tennis with a friend.
Walk places instead of car
Cycle
Go for a run once or twice a week
Go swimming
Go dancing.
Go to an aerobics class
Don't starve yourself because it will just screw up your metabolism and make you put the weight back on straight away..
try cutting down the grams of fat that you intake and watching your calories, also try walking a mile or two every day when you get up, this boosts your metabolism for the whole day.
