我岩岩買左部新機,想入歌入去ｌｏ，點知條線唔知係米有問題，插左入去部電腦冇反應，插勁多次先有次得，請大家幫幫手啦

your computer's USB Plug may be broken
or your computer dosen't USB Driver
or you need to be patient to give some time to let the computer to find it
