為什麼要建立沙漏公園???~~~~~~急急
位於韓國正東津的名勝—沙漏公園

這是全世界最大的沙漏時鐘，但我想問，為什麼要建立沙漏公園???

The sandglass in JungDongJin 正東津 Sandglass Park was built in 1999 by the cooperation between GangNeung City 강릉시 and SamSeong Electronic to commemorate the year 2000.
The building cost is 1280 million Won.
It is the biggest Sanglass in the world and this record is recognised by the Guiness Record.
It will take exactly one year for all the sand in the sandglass to fall down. And then in the next year from 1 January at 0am, the sandglass will rotate for half round and starts all over again.
