Just some add info.
1) By law, even U.S. use credit system, you need to spend 2.5? minimun yrs to finish the degree in order for government approval.
2) You better ask yourself a question and not to be offense, are u really good at language? espeically written and speaking English? since you choose 新聞系.
3) I suggest U.S. since news is really diverse..a multi-culture envirnoment may give you a broader view.
4) For career, i think U.S. better..if compare Bloomberg and Reuters..i will choose Bloomberg (worked there before..lol)
