passive voice問題 - 用from 或是 用by?

你這兩句讀下去不像外國人的英言，這兩句的意思是”我們的設計是由你開始”
若這是你的意思，其中也會有兩種意思
第一）我們的設計是首先由你去做，英文我會寫
Our design is first made by you.
第二）你是首先提出我們的設計的概念，那英文應寫成
The concept of our design was first presented by you

"我們的設計由你開始"請問你的意思是否”你先開始設計我們的設計”若是的話，我想你可以說：You present your idea about our design first.(因為design這回事，都是先講idea)或者說你是說”請你先著手做我們的設計”那可以說：You are the one who should start making our design first.

或者你可以用author一字，author除了作家外，其中還有一個意思是：person who creates or begins sth, esp a plan or an idea，如：As the author of the scheme I can't really comment.我作為這一計劃創始人是不便置評所以，你的句子，可以說：The author of our design is you.

表示個設計是由你一個一設計的。Started by, means passive voice. We use "by" in passive voice.作為被動詞。
