若要知道Do you mind lunch together/with me.是對是錯，我們首先就要清楚明白mind這個字怎用，在此我不講mind的其他用法，只講他在疑問句的用法，
mind在疑問句中或否定句中，後面要用名詞，動名詞，或if, wh-等從屬連接詞
所以，若你的示句Do you mind lunch together/with me.的lunch是作名詞用，那麼，整句是”你與我午餐，你不介意吧？”根本可以說不成句子。
中文也會說”你與我一起吃午餐，你不介意吧？”，所以，Lunch就必須作名動詞用，我們就要將它變成動名詞lunching
句子就變成：Do you mind lunching with me/together?
但若要請求人，就要用更客氣的語氣，說Would you更好，句子就變成：
Would you mind lunching with me/together?
雖然現在句子文法上／意思上都正確，但這樣說法也很少人用，通常我們會說：
Would you mind having lunch with me/together?
或者
Would you mind dining with we?（你介不介意與我一同用膳？）

They are both ok . Both omit 'to have'.

They are not correct.
Do you mind lunch together.=一同為你做心午餐。
Do you mind lunch with me.=與我為你做心午餐。

Do you mind lunch with me.
It is better than 'Do you mind lunch together.'

你用下面果句會比較正確...
仲有,食午餐係have lunch,或者你可以講eating...

I think "Do you mind lunch together." is "Do you mind to have lunch together?"
"Do you mind lunch with me." is "Do you mind to have lunch with me?"

You can use both two.

Go to eat lunch,ok or not??
