Nothing can be better than practice itself, you need to speak more and don't be afraid to speak in English with your friends. There are so many ways you can learn, read more and speak more. If you only want to focus on the oral side, try to watch the English News and listen to the news reader carefully.

For presentation, if you have prepared the material to present, you will need to practise that. Try to present as many times as possible and do it in front of the mirror. Make sure you practise enough so you will be comfortable to do it in front of the audience.
