前列腺肥大 前列腺癌 如果診斷?

PSA will be increased in certain condition, including 前列腺肥大, 前列腺infection, PSA taken just after 前列腺 examination and cancer.
Usually, if the PSA > 10, then the chance of 前列腺cancer is high. If PSA 4-10, then the plan may include:
1. See the trend of PSA ? rising or doubling time
2. Phyical examination ? palpable mass
3. Do a ultrasound guided biopsy (TRUSS)
X光 MRI cannot diagnose 前列腺 cancer, but may take up metastasis.

本人現年65歲，2014年驗出PSA=10ng, 後抽了10針作biopsy。但無發現癌細胞，定期抽血驗PSA都是10ng。應該怎辦？
