- experience in carrying out school canteen business
- able to provide variety and healthy food

Weakness:
- scale not large enough
Opportunity
- develop the business into other school
- develop into other organizations based on similar experience, such as hospital, center and so on
- much less compeition if signing contract with the school

Threat
- cannot get business from outside until signing another contract
- students like to go outside to have lunch
