美國Amtrak火車

Have you ever consider riding on Metrolink? The fare for weekend is US$5.50 only and weekdays is US$11.00 (from Oceanside to Santa fe spring/Norwalk). They have shuttle to take you from Norwalk to Metro Green Line Station, which can take you to LAX.

I think this is a better option than riding Amtrak from San Diego to Union Station , whcih will cost you US$29 , and you still need to find your way to LAX.

You need to take the Metrolink from Oceanside Metrolink Station (address: 235 South Tremont Street Oceanside Transit Center, Oceanside, CA 92054) and transit at Norwalk/Santa fe Spring) then take the Green line at Norwalk to LAX.

Amtrak - 一般來說是很準時的, 因它是全國性運作, 一班車誤時的影響會很大.
如由San Diego搭去Los Angeles, 路程很短, 如你想領會Amtrak火車的樂趣, sorry, 唔夠引.
提議: 我坐過由Amtrak由NYC 至West Pam Beach, FL. 共26小時(一日一夜), 沿途景極佳, 它其中一卡是落地玻璃的觀光卡, 坐上去後不願離開. 但價錢比飛機貴(貴很多!)
